I've put a lot of thought into what you wrote "...What progress and maturity does NOT look like - is consternation." I had several discussions to get the input from third parties to make sure I am not overreacting. I find those comments, along with several other comments you've made to me these past months, to be demeaning and extremely inappropriate. You've constantly made me feel incapable and that any action I take is wrong. The role of a leader is to empower and to help develop members of their team, not hinder their growth. It is disappointing to see that you did not even bother to respond to me after I acknowledged I was wrong and makingmade it clear how upset I felt.
